Borderline Polycystic ovaries
Recently got diagnosed with PCOD. Plz tell me wht should be done as I knw it causes weight gain. I dnt wnt any medication for the same as it involves steroids. Periods gets delayed by 4-5 days nd last 3 dyas from 5 days earlier,since the last two mnths.
