Booster Shot (Covishield)
I had taken both the shots of Covishield, however still contracted Coronavirus two times. In March contracted tuberculosis and have been under ATT since then.
I am taking Akurit 3 along with some multivitamins and Omega 3 capsules. I was also given steroids for a week due to the right pleural effusion which has now been resolved successfully. I am in two minds about the Covid booster Shot. Should I take it or wait till the treatment culminates? Are there any side effects of the booster Shot specifically to tb patients? I am taking very strong medicines under ATT so is it safe to take the vaccine?

There is no harm in taking it. At akurit 3 you are in continuation phase so your immunity is good. However if you are worried then you can wait till the CP is over..if you are comfortable take it now it wont be a problem.
