  4. Bone pain-increase size. Route for cure!

Bone pain-increase size
Grand father is suffering from elbow pain there is no trauma.Consulted local Ortho doctor after diagnosis doctor said that there is gradual increasing in bone size so for treatment one route is surgery and other route is therapy (using medicines).I have attested x-ray .What is the appropriate route for cure
