I m 18 years old now .Can ny physical exercise help me deal with my bow legs?I dont want to undergo ny surgery...wuud u please recommend some useful nd effective exercises to cure my bow legs.Its getting worser day by day.I have not started getting pain yet ...but ,its bcoming difficult for me to cycling for around an hour each even though i m doing it for past few weeks.

I have understood your concern, see if calcium is low, may due to low vitamin d. So start taking vitamin d and calcium supplements. Do exercise which is best part especially supervised weight bearing exercise with balance weight bearing will help you some what. You can prevent the problem severity.
