Bone nd leg problem
I m suffering frm bow legs.I discovered it 2 years ago.Since thn i had been cycling occasionally but now regularly so dat it does not cause me pain.A month ago (my 12th boards nd all other entrance xams got over last month)i even started doing butterfly exercise as i learnt it frm d internet as it somewht reduces bow legs. I wanted to know whether ther is ny permanent cure to it.Will ny physical exercise help me deal with it or i need a medication.I think my legs r getting worser each day as its got lot more curvier inwards than earlier.I also wanted some info regarding knee nd ankle bracelets.I hav heard its very useful.Need ur suggestion nd proper guidance?nd also want to know how long will it take to get it fully cured both with d help of exercise and surgery.wht will be d cost of surgery,is it safe or not?nd if possible ny other datails regarding it will b useful to me by u

Hello my friend...It's very unfortunate that you are facing this problem...At this age bowed leg could not be reverted without surgical correction. If it is bigger and bothers you then breaking the bones and re straightening can be done....I would suggest you to consult nearest orthopedic surgeon and discuss in detail about the issues they will guide you further.
