X rays show an incomplete fracture( unicortical) of tibia. Healing changes will be appreciated only after about 6 weeks in x rays. You can start walking carefully as suggested by your treating doctor.

I think it is very routine to see fracture line after three weeks what matters is how you feel? If no pain for weight bearing or standing,It’s well and good. Fracture line will take , may be more than 12 weeks to disappear on Xray . So don’t worry be in touch with your treating surgeon he / she is the best person to guide you . Thanks
