Bone bruise?
One week ago I woke with a large bruise on the top of my forearm below. I didn't remember how I obtained it and it did not hurt. One week later, it is becoming more and more painful and is weak. Now it is throbbing. Why would these symptoms show up one week later? And why do I have them?

The sofft tissue injury usually shows up late.. take an x-ray to rule out any hairline fracture..and apply a lot of ice to it for the pain to settle down
