Superficial burn it is. Apply T bact ointment + fucidine ointment in 1:1ratio clean  it with  Savlon n apply in a thin layer two times. Time telling  is difficult as how his body  reacts to heal is key factor.  As its winter healing. Is fast in winter season. You can add homeopathy  medicine  for early healing.

It looks like superficial burns Apply coconut oil to reduce pain and irritation It will take almost 2-3 months to get properly healed. It can take more time also. Don't apply anything other than medicine and coconut oil before consulting.

this looks like a superficial (1st-degree or superficial partial) scald burn, which usually heals well in children. The skin usually starts blending with normal skin over 4–8 weeks. In some children, mild color difference can take 3–6 months to fully normalize.
