Boil on arm
I have developed boil on my left arm. There was a puspoint on it.I did warm fomentation and pus point is reduced. But still tenderness , redness and swelling is present. Should I continue with hot fomentation or switch to cold?. I can't take oral antibiotics as I am pregnant. I am applying antibiotic ointment.

Hi. Kindly consult your gynaec to ascertain what you can do about boil. Hopefully your antibiotic cream will do the job till then. Keep the boil clean and well aerated.. If hot phomentation is, comfortable you can continue
