Boil in upper inner thigh right leg

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi Doctor, I have a boil or big pimple in upper inner thigh right leg since two months.Its not painful. I take bath in Dettol everyday.Apply antiseptic cream and hot water compression most of the days to ripen it to come out but it doesn't . Kindly prescribe me one ointment or oral medicine to resolve this problem.
