Itching in vaginal area and inner thighs

So i've been having this unbearable itching problem in my vaginal area and my thighs since fifteen days. It is spreading further downwards on my legs and i've been lately developing rashes over my legs & arms the since the past two days. The itching makes me scratch vigorously which leaves big reddish black boil surfaces over my skin, especially after coming in contact with water and friction made over my skin from the clothing...
