Hi, taking supplements In a ready made form actually harms your body than helping it, you might feel good about taking it now, but it can cause too many side effects because of chronic use, so I am suggesting the following- do cycling every day in the morning for atleast 40-45mins, go for brisk walking for 20-30mins and do daily jogging for 20-30mins. Do warm up exercises in between. Try to do ab crunches and push ups for 20-30min. All this things you can do it in on your own, no need to join gym for this things. Without missing do meditation since you are putting so much stress on your body, it will help you to relax. Do swimming in the evening since it has been known to have tremendous effect on burning calories faster. Avoid eating junk foods, fast foods. Consume only home cooked meal. Eat sprouts, egg white, green leafy vegetables and prefer fruit juice over consumimg it in a juice form. Prefer oats over rice and roti. Ragi is rich in nutrients include that into your diet. Stay hydrated by taking atleast 10-12 glasses of water daily.if you are not satisfied consult a dietician.
