My baby body temperature is 98 is that fever or normal when I touch hi forhead its hot may I know can I give paracetamol drops also he has runny nose kindly clarify he is one year old boy

98F is normal. Fever needs treatment only above 100F. You can do Sponging with lukewarm water if temp is above 99F. Don't worry if forehead feels little hot. You must measure the temperature.

No need for paracetamol drops.
If crosses more than 100, then give paracetamol drops and consult your doctor or online consultation.
