Hello doctor, my body till my hip is quite normal and the portion below the hip is like very lean n thin , it looks abnormal for me , didn't noticed it for long time , my shoe size is 6 n u can imagine how small my leg , thighs n below knee parts r very skinny ,, so please advise what should I do now ?? Is it common ?? Or any medications should I take ??

It can happen due to less physical workout for lower extremity Go for walk regularly Use stairs instead of lift

Hi!!      its not abromal.. usually happens.. might b genetic issue.. take some protein supplements and concentrate more on lower limb exercises.. such as lunges with weights, leg press, leg extn, heel raise with wts, toe raise with weights.. MAKE SURE TAKE SUPPLEMENTS ONLY WHILE DOING EXERCISES. You have to burnt out the proteins what u intake otherwise it converts to amino acids and loads on ur body.. start wrk out with physio and dietary advice asap.. tan q..

Go for lower limb strengthening exercises for lower limbs.
