Full body pain
I am suffering from body pain. Sometimes my legs get numb and I can't move them. Also i have a continuous pain at lower hip portion of my back.

your body pain and numbness in hips and legs are referring lumbar spine problems, consult orthopedic surgeon ,he will evaluate if requires he suggest for physiotherapy
