Body rashes over body
Last Friday, I've experienced very high fever. Body rashes were also observed during the fever over both hands, chest and back. Now after 3 days of body temperature going back to normal, instead of coming down body rashes density have gone up all over. These are reddish, not itchy at all. I am taking cetrizen for same.

fever with rashes is seen in many conditions , like dengue, chicken pox, measles or just viral fever , typhoid. as you are telling it is increasing visit a general physician , they will examine and if necessary they will suggest investigations .
