Body Paining
I have been suffering from body pain from last week and its been paining a lot . as my job require physical.movement my body started paining and I feel fatigue even doing a small piece of work . Any sugestion how to improve the physical strength.

Hello.. Well severe body pains is just indicating that you are not resting well or that you are using the muscles and body so much that it's not getting time for relaxation..rest is very important to feel energetic and active...keep yourself hydrated...you need to build up your stamina gradually by exercising regularly for atleast 30 min a day...you can try gymming...thank you
