From two days i started doing beginner exercises...
But thies,legs and hands are so painful
Even not able to walk properly
But I am interested in exercise for fat burning
Is there any remedy to control pains
Pl suggest...

It's usual thing happens at the beginning of exercises...
Please continue exercises... It takes few more days to adapt . we used to call DOMS....
Apply ice packs ,and take hot water shover..gives you soothing effect...
