I understand that you are feeling discouraged and nauseated after exercising. It is important to remember that everyone experiences this when they first start exercising, especially if they are obese. It is important to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your workouts over time. It is also important to listen to your body and take breaks when you need them. Here are some tips for exercising when you are obese: * Start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your workouts over time. * Listen to your body and take breaks when you need them. * Choose exercises that are low-impact and easy on your joints. * Warm up before you exercise and cool down afterwards. * Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after exercise. * Eat a healthy diet that is high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. * Get enough sleep. Here are some exercises that you can start with: * Walking * Swimming * Yoga * Pilates * Tai Chi If you are feeling nauseated after exercising, you can try the following: * Drink plenty of fluids. * Eat a light snack. * Take a break from exercising. * Talk to your doctor. Hey there! You are experiencing nausea. It signals that there is problem with water intake and exercise atmosphere majorly. You should drink plenty of water. The exercise should be aerobic for you. Try choosing a open or well aerated space. Do not workout in dull and cloggy area. It would be best to exercise in a park. Try doing "more of" strengthening first. Later when body plumpness goes away, "increase" cardio exercises. Here you should include other exercises also. Try on zumba at better stage too. It would be good to take proper food also. Do not take gyming supplements. Check on vitamins and minerals. And suffice with proper food if required.
Next Steps
Try changing exercise area. proper water intake. more of strengthening first. check on nutrition.
Health Tips
do not overdo any exercises.

You feel sleepy after excs that means u r tired. Be slow with the exercises. Do not over do. Set a target in which u do not exhaust. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Start with daily morning walks with proper footwear. Do deep breathing exercises. Then progress to some strengthening excs . Start with small weights. For more details Pl consult online
