I am 25 years old female. Whenever i sit in same position of long (legs crossed) and later when i stand up i used to face difficulty while standing straight. Also sometime i feel pain in my lower back.(seems like bones of hips are breaking). Also i used to have irregular menses.

Back muscle strengthening exercises will be helpful to you. Check vitamin D and B12 levels. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic doctor
