Body itching
My skin itches a lot at the temple area of my head,my genitals and my ears.. it gets aggravated by eating but not everytime

Would u like to show me in image where exactly it itches , eating namkeen and itching seems irrelevant untill and unless namkeen has specific allergens .
Itching could b a sign of fungal infection too.

It's an allergic reaction.
Find out which food items cause itch, swelling or cold like symptoms and avoid them.
You can take tab Citrizen 10mg when you get itching, this will reduce allergic symptoms.
As allergy have no permanent treatment avoid allergens.
