When I walk normally, I tend to loose the straight line of walk and get moved to right side involuntarily. I could walk straight, If I put effort to concentrate. Is it due to any imbalance in my body?

Hi, body balance while walking is generally controlled by cerebellum in our brain. If one is not able to balance , they should under go complete neurological examination at the earliest.
