Hello, Ur problem is excessive body heat called Hyperthermia. CAUSES- 1.Dehydration-Inadauquate body  water requirements. 2.impaired metaboliism- specially high basal metabolic rate. 3.Harmonal -Hypo or hyper function of thyroid. 4.Menses irregularities because of harmonal imbalances. 5.Impaired digestion and enzymes deficiency. 6.Diet -too  salty spicy sour oily fried and fast junk foods. 7.
