Hi, you need to understand yourself firstly. Secondly, every person is different. Dont compare yourself with others rather see what best you can do so that you may feel happy and motivated.

Hi, I completely understand.. in life there are 2 option . 1.Live for yourself 2.Live for others first of all u need to be happy what you are.. if you accept urself fully then you don't worry about others. yes you need to worry about body shape if are not healthy, not taking proper nutrition and not taking care of your health. If you do all these then body shape is not important. Being healthy is very important rather than body shape. If you really worry about look then you need to see the proper dietician and fitness trainer for a proper guidence. If you really workhard any shape u can bring.but one more thing if you attain perfect body shape also people tell something about your body  and they say u look thin so on...😊 so I suggest live for yourself 👍 All the best & good luck 👍 Be happy ☺️ Be relax 🧘 Be positive 👍

Hi, I understand what you are going through. Remember a lot of people have body image issues. You are not alone, you don’t have to feel uncomfortable about the way you look instead give yourself love and appreciation. To feel confident about yourself you can focus on yourself and do what feels good for you and not bother about what other people think. You can maintain a diary and write about your positive qualities and give yourself appreciation. Do any activity you enjoy such as reading, music, and so on. You can get into an exercise and good nutrition routine with the aim of doing things for yourself and living for yourself. You can talk to a psychologist who will help you with what you are going through. You will feel better and lighter after a Counseling session.
Next Steps
You can contact me for Counseling session.

Hi Your body is your machine , you are the controller and master of it. How you use it will be shaped and build. I am glad you are reaching out for help. I would suggest meeting a psychiatrist and then a counselling psychologist for therapies to build your self esteem. We need to know more about the triggers etc . The more you share with the counselor . It will help them make you self reliant.
Next Steps
All the best
Health Tips
Focus your energy on self love , start with yoga. It works as a great detox for mind and body and connect to your spirit

Hello, I can totally understand your concern and how you must be feeling. Whatever nutrition we give to our body get absorbed in the body parts depending on the movement of that particular part. Love yourself, take good care of yourself, don't worry about what the others will think. Those who love you don't need any changes to accept you and those who don't, won't accept no matter what you do. To feel confident and secure, you must first start loving yourself unconditionally.
Next Steps
You need proper diet and focused exercise.
Health Tips
You can join a gym if you want with a proper instructor.

Hi. You're not alone, many women have this discomfort. Enjoy and appreciate what has been given to you. Ignore others who are ridiculing about it. Accept every odd along even context. If this weight gain causes any vital bodily problem then you should think of dieting and work out plans.
Next Steps
Present your uniqueness before others in a socialized manner. Be assertive about your aim in life
Health Tips
Appreciation, positive reinforcement
