Earlier I was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder, then had treatment for few months, but while treatment also the problem of body pain which happens in whole body didn't go, Doctor said to visit physician, as this could be due to vit d and vit b12 deficiency, but after test all reports were normal. Body ache happens during even a lilltle bit tension, excitement or after exercise. It is a chronic pain and is disturbing me since past 8 months, please suggest what to do , really need advise.
