My name is rama ,i have already told you my problem,but now problem is increasing, i have consulted a doctor and after consultation he gave me medicines ,which caused relief in my headache and i also stopped feeling nausea ,but now i am having a bad back pain, some of you have asked about my blood pressure ,so today at 10:30 when the doctor checked ot was 150/100 but at home when we check sometimes it goes above160/110 i will also attach my prescription( parcha) with this just in case you want it, also if you know some tips to control blood pressure at home ,kindly tell me

For back pain take Zerodol th4 and restrict salt diet for bp it's high and take medicine regularly and kindly elobrate in the chat about ur symptoms for better evaluation and treatment
