Body ache and hyper tension b4 periods
Hi, I am getting either severe body full ache or getting more tensed 10 days before of my periods. And completely fine from 1st day of periods. During that phase I m telling at my kids always and no intrest to do anything. Hating everything. Kindly help with suggestions. Thank you.
