Blurry vision, eye strain
I am attaching my prescription below. Why do I feel I have something in my eyes but can't find anything. I have blurry vision. I wear my glasses while reading and working on laptop. Can someone guide me more on this?

May be Dry eyes. Pl use lubricant eye drops. Pl decrease the screen time.pl hydrate yourself. Have sufficient Sleep. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Couod be due to dryness. Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness of eyes. • after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more. Use lubricating eyedrop.

It is quite possible that you have dry eyes. You can use a lubricating eye drops, like refresh tears 4 times a day. Pl consult an ophthalmologist online or in clinic for proper assessment and management.
