My son is 4yrs old he is passing bloody stool since3weeks he is getting pain in anal region but it's not piles sometimes he is passing Hardened stool n sometimes loose stool sir please suggest best syrup for it

This is because of passed hard stools there will be a fissure which is nothing but a small tear in the skin. Nothing to worry give stool softener and a banana daily. High fibre diet
