ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three to five days for pain Tab trenexa 500 three times a day after food for three to five days to stop bleeding. U need to examine by a general surgeon to know whether it's piles fissure???? Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely by ointment before n after defication two times for two weeks.

What to Do? ✔ Sitz bath – Soak in warm water for 10-15 min, 2-3 times daily. ✔ Apply ointment – Use Lignocaine gel (like Lox 2%) for pain relief. ✔ Take stool softeners – Syp Duphalac/Lactulose to avoid straining. ✔ Increase fiber & water intake – Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains. If bleeding persists or worsens, see a doctor for further evaluation.
