Dr. I have taken an sugar test two months back and the report was
fasting : 135 and pp it's 209 ( I have not taken any medicine just done some walking and exercise. After two months very recently I have taken the test again it's shows Fasting 116 and PP it's 303. I am much worried on this. Kindly suggest me what to do.
I really don't want to take medicine. Can wait for an another 1 month and I do walking and exercise and reduce the intake of carbs and sugar and take test again and consult Dr. Or I have to meet diabetic Dr now itself
