Very recently I have been diagnosed with blood sugar at above normal level both pre and post fasting, need know precautions to bring down n maintain normal

Sir, You have not given lab. report. Your weight should be brought down. Go for long walks. You will have to use your calories from food you eat. Go to a qualified dietician. Depending on your work, daily routines, type of food you eat, they will decide what you should eat for 3 times a day. Do yoga, breathing exercises. Routine monitoring of glycosylated Hb, every 3 months is important.

Hello. Attach a pic of your blood test reports. Since it's recent it can be fully cured by Homoeopathy . Restrict your sugar and carbohydrates till your readings are normal. Loose weight and bring it to 70 kgs. Do pranayam regularly. Stay away from fried and junk foods.
