Dear sir madam I have test my blood sugar level at dr lal pathlab it is showing 140 in fasting and 240 after meal. Can you suggest me what i do? Regards Pankaj

A fasting plasma glucose (FPG) level of 126 mg/dL (7.0 mmol/L) or higher can be diagnosed to have diabetes... Repeat the test if in repeat test also showing high values Consult nearest physician or diabetologist they will do the needful.
