The report you have shared is of Urine routine and microscopy.
It shows presence of lot of pus cells which indicates Urinary tract infection.
Consult a physician, who will ask for any other symptoms like fever, vomiting, lower abdominal pain etc and examine you and will treat accordingly.
P.S: pls give urine for culture and sensitivity to identify the organism causing the infection.
