Blood Report
My sister is having viral fever from past 2-3 days she was insane pain in her legs, hands and back.. It was intense pain so we did her CBC and her haemoglobin is way too low and her B12 is also low. .. I have attached her blood report.. Please let me know what should we do as she will have boards this year. Thank you in advance 🙏

Iron folic acid to be taken and vit b12 supplements to be added. Take iron rich foods. Repeat test after 2 mnth and get back to any physician

1.Eat the iron rich foods Include these foods in your diet. a.Veg Sources- Green Leafy Vegetables, Ragi, Garden Cress Seeds, Black Raisins, Tofu, Legumes like lentils, black beans, chickpeas; Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Pomegranate fortified bread/flour/salt. b.Non Veg Sources- Liver, Sea food, Eggs. 2.Vit C rich fruits -helps in iron absorption-like oranges, sweet lime,lemon, tamrind.

Hi, her MCV is low so its probably due to Iron deficiency Anemia . I would advice you to get peripheral smear test done. As far as viral fever goes , take plenty of fluids, maintain good healthy diet and take good rest.
