Low normal Hemoglobin with corresponding low MCV, MCH could be Physiological Iron Deficiency Anemia.
Next Steps
Take tablets containing Iron and folic acid Eg: Tab. Orofer XT, once a day, for 2 months.
Health Tips
Tab. Albendazole 400mg, single tablet as deworming.
