Blood Pressure Reading 140/ 100
Hi I have been working from home since Mar-20 with no exercise and home food. Recently for past 2 months I have started jogging for 20-30mins for 2-3 days in a week with little weight training as well. I happen to check my BP on the monitor which we bought for my father it showed a reading of 140/102 and kept fluctuating between 135 / 95. Should this be a cause for concern. Thanks, Ashish T
