Blood pressure
My blood pressure readings from few weeks are elevated.. readings around 140/90... sometimes 142/95,143/97,136/95 and so on. One time it goes 149/100.. Heart rate is in between 70-80 while resting. And 90-100 above when walking or moving around. Doctor prescribed me met xl 12.5 for 15 days. Is it blood pressure medication? I heard Blood pressure medication cannot stop once you start.. After 15 days of taking this medicine can i stop this? Kindly suggest
