Measure  BP atleast for three days in the morning & evening, do regular walk & excercise in the morning and after dinner ,avoid stress & strain and quit smoking or liquor if ur taking ,even after these ur BP recorded towards higher side than u have to perform cbc,bs random & 2 hr PP,lipid profile ,RFT ,LFT,ECG etc

Relax, avoid stress and tensions, drink plenty of fluids, restrict salt intake,sleep minimum of 8 hours at night. Monitor your bp reading 3 times daily  when you are resting and record it. Consult online for further advice or treatment if required.

Measure blood pressure for 3 days regularly both in  morning and evening. Note down the all the values. Consult online. With other medical history I can guide you further. Observe for headache, giddiness or severe weakness.
