I'm 22 years old University student. Since my 11th and 12th, I had a sedentary lifestyle after leaving home. Preference for junk food, less sleep, bad food habits, stress and barely any physical activity. Few years back, my blood pressure was 160/110. Blood checkup were done, everything was fine. As well as tests related to
thyroid, renal,
kidney and
liver returned back fine too. Doctor said it's mostly because of my lifestyle and stress. I took medications, blood pressure reduced to normal, but then, for year or two now, I have left medication. My blood pressure is high now, systolic being in the range of 130-140 sometimes, to diastolic being in 90-100 or 110. Should I go for a
full body checkup, or cholesterol,
diabetes, etc?
