Blood pressure
I am having bp around 135 systolic and 99 diastolic and palpitation also. some time heaviness in breathing and light burning type pain in left chest.from past seven month i have anxiety problem now it is ok but little bit i feel .but bp problem what to do.

Hey ,anxiety could be cause of palpation ,BP of 140\90 is considered as hypertension ,consult GP once
