Diastolic pressure rise after walk
I have compression in l4-l5 and stenosis also. I have pain in my leg ( sciatica). Whenever I walk 20 min ,my diastolic pressure reaches near to 98. But systolic is normal or max increase 120-128. Mostly normal systolic . I have pain and pressure also the back of my head. So it is related to the heart or spine issue. How to identify the cause of high diastolic bp?? Last month I was able to walk for more than 1 hour but now my bp has risen after a walk. My lying and sitting bp is different. Sitting is 120/84-89 and lying  bp is 120/75-79.

Rise in blood pressure after walking is a normal physiological phenomenon. Do not worry about it. You need to get optimal treatment for your pain control because even pain can lead to increase in blood pressure levels.
