Diastolic bp rise issue
My que is I have started tobacco since 2 years now I chew more and more and since 1 year I noticed that my bp rise suddenly but my systolic bp are in normal range 120 to 140 but my diastolic bp rise to 100 and always remains 90 I'm taking anti depressant paxep cr 25 mg twice a day and cloze 0.25 thrice a day and for bp I'm taking lodoz 5 mg since 2 year and now my dr started migrabeta tr 40 with lodoz 5 but today I wake up and take tobacco then after I checked my bp it shows 133/96 then I re check then 124/94 so my que is systolic are normal but why my diastolic bp rise always I feel dizzy to with feeling cold hand and fast breath that time so I sleep then after 15 20 min my bp goes to normal range 120/80
