Can i renmdomly check blood pressure at home on Digital Meter ? Many people says they are not showing correct number.

Hello sir good morning.
You cannot check the blood pressure randomly because usually between show mild increase in the systolic blood pressure .
Before checking the blood pressure please lay down for 5 to 10 minutes and relax and check the BP e and usually will get the actual blood pressure.
Yes you can use digital BP apparatus but it is not accurate as Mercury BP apparatus.
