Blood in urine
He was diagnosed for prostate since an year back but not in use of any medication. Using routine BP tablets but free from sugar. He has booked an appointment with urologist for tomorrow at Care Hospital Hyderabad reg his prostate problem and urinary incontinence . He has urinary incontinence and traces of blood are being observed since to day morning. Does he need to take any medicines for tonight for this problem pending doctor consultation tomorrow morning? As bowl movement is also not smooth for past 3 days he has taken a proprietory Ayurvedic medicine called softvac this night. What can be the course of treatment for tonight ?

No need to panic. The urologist will ask for an Ultrasound KUB, Serum PSA, Urine Routine and Culture and Uroflowmetry and advise you the further course of action
