Hello Dear. Hi.you are asking reason for blood in stool..with little pain.. So dear it can : start with Anal fissure Internal Hemorrhoids And other GI bleed.which I don't think so in you case ll be. But you need to give us more clinical picture about your symptoms Like since how many days are you suffering from...? It's always bleeding during defection? How much intensity and duration of the pain?especially after defection. Do u have severe Constipation problem?? Any family history of such kind of disease And do u have any precious History of such kind of bleed.

May b it's just because of ur dietary habits.. Take more Fiber content foods it will go away on its own
