Blood in stool then swelling on knee
I have a son of 2 years old, 20 days back I was blood in his stool, then he suffer from diarrhea and fever, after that I saw swelling on his left knee, now he is not able to walk properly. I want to know is that early symptoms of polio.

Rather than worrying about polio get him to a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at the earliest to rule out septic arthritis
