Blood in stool
I was facing severe constipation, and when I passed the stool there was blood. There is no pain or itchiness. Today is the third day, there is very less blood and slight itchiness. Still no pain. Feeling all right no uneasiness or anything. Can someone please suggest something?

Avoid constipation by all means as it has led to piles  which are causing bleeding.If not taken care now could become worse so please consult for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Your problem is due to constipation. Eat healty non oily and non spicy foods No regular junk food Drink plenty of water per day. About 10-12 litres Eat green vegetables and salad Eat seasonal fruits Dont drink water immediately after meals.Drink after about 2 hours. Regular exercise
