Blood in stool
I just saw a tint of blood in my stool it never ever happened before I'm worried what should I do now should I wait what happened next or consult to the doctor

Having blood in stools is common if you are suffering from constipation. This is bcoz the hard stools cause injury to the lower large intestine resulting in bleed.  Also chronic constipation leads to either fissure or hemorrhoids which again are the reason for bleeding.

in case if ypu experience bleeding again do visit a surgeon who would examine and diagnose it correctly so thay you are given the proper treatment

avoid eating oily/spicy foods have lots of liquids daily have high fiber diet
