I am noticed blood in my stool today morning.I have gastric problem also.from past some days I am experienced lot of gas acidity and sometimes chest pain also. please tell me the reason for this and give suggestions to cure

Acid reflux can be cured by tablet sompraz L bd and syrup mucaine gel 2 tsf SOS.
